Circuitry to make sensor like sharp distance sensor?

Unfortunately,its not available right now.i want to make a sensor (short range) just like that.i know its reliability and sensitivity would be low:(,but it will be right,i will manage it

If you do a search for “long range sensor” you should find many such sensors available.
