TURBO SCION TC what do i need to do to the motor to hold 23psi?
so i have a 2006 tc and i have a greddy turbo kit not enough power so what would i need to do to the internals to be able to push 23 pounds? rods, pistons, valve spring/retainer kit, and turbo cams let me know
somethings that may be good could be, crower rods, cp pistons, crower valvetrain, in fact if you check out youtube, there is a guy that owns a tC, his girlfirend actually drives it, he also owns a 09 C6 Z06 and their tC destroyed their Vette. you can check out his tC here:
they are running 23 psi with 520+whp.
basically just beef up the internals cuz it can be done.
but i think thats really it what you said: cams, pistons, rods, valvetrain (springs/retainer kit) and valves of course, maybe valve guids. check out Dezod, they have a huge list of things you can check out. they have a stroker kit up, engine build. other things. and PTuning also
